1. What is Lead Management?
Lead Management is your one-stop page for all your leads - gain access to tools to help you prioritise, sort, and contact your leads more efficiently!

2. What’s new in Lead Management?

Starting 12 June 2023, all new leads from both your profile and listings will be shown on your new Lead Management page – this means you can view, sort, and contact your leads all from one page!

Additionally, Lead Management gives you access to two new tools - Lead Quality and Lead Insights.

3. What is Lead Quality?
Lead Quality is a new tool within the Lead Management page that helps you identify leads to prioritise.

Using information gathered from enquirers, as well as PropertyGuru’s insights as a market leader, Lead Quality tags each Lead that you receive so that you can tell which to contact first at a glance!

4. What is Lead Insights?
Lead Insights is a new tool within the Lead Management page that gives you access to useful information about the enquirer – which you can use to prepare your pitch!

These information can include data points such as the enquirer’s approximate preferred price range, location, property type, and more.

5. Where do I find the Lead Management page?

You can find your Lead Management page within AgentNet. Simply log in and click on “Leads” in your navigation bar.

6. Why is Lead Management in a “Beta” phase? What does this mean?

Lead Management is in a Beta phase - a period where we are actively improving and developing the page.

7. What happens to my current message inbox?
Starting 12 June 2023, all new leads received will be displayed in the Lead Management page. The current Messages inbox will be accessible until 31 August 2023.

Kindly ensure that you save any conversations or information that you need before 31 August 2023.
