How does MRT Featured Agent work?
Similar to existing Featured Agent categories, once booked, MRT Featured Agents and their proritised listings will appear in the top 7 slots of the relevant search results pages.
You can book MRT Featured Agent slots if you have listings within a 1KM radius of the chosen MRT station.
Why should I use MRT Featured Agent?
Booking an MRT Featured Agent slot guarantees that your selected listing is pinned as one of the top spots in MRT and LRT based searches, above all Turbo, Boost, Spotlight and Repost, and Regular listings. It will remain there 24/7 for the duration of your booking.

Have an extra-large upsize on desktop image carousel and cover photo

Which MRT stations can I book an MRT Featured Agent for?
You can book an MRT Featured Agent for all existing, and upcoming MRT and LRT stations in Singapore that are within 1KM of your listings.
How will I know which MRT stations my listing is eligible for?
The three nearest MRT stations will appear in your listing’s detail page, and will be eligible for booking.
How do I book an MRT Featured Agent?
Step 1: Log into AgentNet and select “Featured Agent”,
Step 2: Select the “MRT” option.
Here, you will be able to see all eligible MRT stations. These will vary based on your active listings.
Step 3: Select your chosen MRT station and click on “Book Now”
Step 4: Select the booking duration.
You can also review your booking dates and costs.
Step 5: Once your details are confirmed, click on “Book Now” followed by “Confirm” to start the Featured Agent booking.
How do I select my prioritised listings
Step 1: Navigate to this bar, and click on “Featured Agent”
Step 2: Click on your preferred project title to select the listings to be prioritised.
All your active Featured Agent bookings will be shown here.
Step 3: Select one Sale listing and One Rent listing to be prioritised.
If you did not select any listings to be prioritised or when the prioritised listing selected by the agent does not meet the search criteria, the most recent listing is be picked and prioritised.
Once the listings are selected successfully, the icon in the project tile turns green. And the number of priorisited listings will be shown too.
Can I prioritise any property type on MRT Featured Agent?
Yes, you can prioritise any residential property type as long as it’s within 1KM of the MRT station. And can prioritise one rental and one sale listing.
How much does MRT Featured Agent cost?
The number of Prime Credits needed to Book, Reserve, or Extend a Featured Agent slot will be calculated by Optimus algorithm, which takes into account competition and listing supply by property type, location, project and more.
This means the Prime Credits required changes with market conditions, to deliver maximum value for each listing.
