On top of that, the 38th, 68th and 88th invited agents who successfully refer any loan (no min. loan value) will also each receive a $100 shopping voucher!
When is this happening?
This promotion is available from 1 March – 31 March 2023.
Who can participate?
All PropertyGuru agent partners who have previously referred a home loan successfully to PropertyGuru Finance are eligible to take part.
For Agent Partners who are new to PropertyGuru Finance, they are eligible after their first successful home loan referral.
How do I refer a home loan?
There are several ways to refer a client:

Join our Home Loan Referral Programme via the ‘Home Loans’ section on your AgentNet dashboard. Your dedicated Mortgage Specialist will be in touch with you.

What is defined as a successful home loan referral?
A successful referral is defined as when the home loan applicant has accepted the bank’s Letter of Offer. For more details of PropertyGuru Finance’s Home Loan Referral Programme, visit here.
What are the prizes to be won?
We are giving away 120% commission to the first 50 invited agents with successful home loan referrals of S$800k and above in loan value.
On top of that, the 38th, 68th and 88th invited agents who successfully refer any loan (no min. loan value) will also each receive a $100 shopping voucher.
How is the 120% commission calculated?
Let’s say your client takes a home loan of S$800,000 and your bank referral commission is 0.15% - you will earn S$1,422.22 in commissions and rewards (including GST).
You'll receive the following:
In Cash: S$1,222.22 (110% of the commission)
In Ad-Credits (Rounded up): 267 Ad credits (Valued at S$200 - 10% of the commission + 8% GST)
If I successfully refer more than 1 home loan worth $800k and above, which loan will the commission be calculated based on?
Let’s say you are the first 50 agents who have successfully referred 2 home loans, and your 1st home loan is $1 million in value and second is $5 million in value, your biggest loan referred for the month will be entitled for the 120% commission rewards, which in this case it will be applied to the $5 million loan.
How many prizes can I stand to win?
Each agent is only eligible once for all prizes.
How will I be notified if I am a winner?
We will inform you if you are eligible for the prizes via WhatsApp by 17 April 2023.
How will I receive my commission?
You will receive your 90% cash commission via bank transfer and your Ad Credits rewards will be issued into your AgentNet account within 5 working days after the bank processes their referral fee, which usually takes between 3 to 6 weeks.
For the additional 20% commission, it will be issued via bank transfer one month after you receive the 90% commission.
How do I redeem the voucher after receiving the WhatsApp notification?
The WhatsApp notification provides a unique acceptance link with a stated expiry date. You may follow the steps below to redeem your CapitaLand voucher and enjoy another 12 months’ validity from the date of acceptance.
Is this promotion valid along with other existing promotions from PropertyGuru Finance?
This promotion is exclusive and not valid in conjunction with other promotions.
Can I exchange the prize for something else?
Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash or other prizes. PropertyGuru reserves the right to change the prizes without providing prior notice.
