This giveaway is open to all active agents on PropertyGuru Singapore, and this excludes Corporate account holders.

How can I participate?

All you need to do is to share your unique review link with your clients who have previously enquired or completed a transaction with you, and as long as the reviews are published on PropertyGuru.com.sg, you’ll automatically qualify for the prizes.

What are the prizes to be won?

You can redeem up to $50 CapitaLand shopping vouchers, based on the number of reviews that have been published on your public agent profile on PropertyGuru.com.sg.

For e.g. if you have 5 published reviews, you’re entitled to redeem a $20 CapitaLand voucher. Likewise, if you have 8 published reviews, you’re entitled to redeem a $50 CapitaLand voucher. The prizes are non-stackable, and each agent can redeem a maximum of 1 voucher, on a first-come, first-served, while stocks last basis.

How do I qualify for the Home Stories agent feature?

Agents who have attained at least 5 published reviews on PropertyGuru.com.sg will qualify for a chance to be selected for the Home Stories feature. In addition, PropertyGuru will select the winners based on the quality of the reviews published and verifying their transactions and story angle.

When will I be notified if I’m eligible for the CapitaLand voucher?

You will be notified via SMS or WhatsApp with instructions to redeem your voucher by 30 Sep.

How do I redeem the voucher after receiving the notification?

The notification provides a unique acceptance link with a stated expiry date. You may follow the steps below to redeem your CapitaLand voucher and enjoy another 12 months’ validity from the date of acceptance.

Can I exchange the prize for something else?

Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash or other prizes. PropertyGuru reserves the right to change or withdraw the prizes and campaign details without providing prior notice. ​​

Requesting for Reviews

How can I access Ratings & Reviews on AgentNet?

1. To access Ratings & Reviews, login to AgentNet web and click on your profile picture on the top right corner. Then select ‘Ratings & Reviews’.

2. You will be directed to your one-stop dashboard.

How can I request for reviews?

You can request for customer reviews via the 2 following methods:

Method 1

  1. Go to your Ratings & Reviews dashboard and click on the tab - ‘Customers you’ve interacted with’.

  2. Select the customer you’d like to request review from, and click on ‘Request for review’. Your customer will be notified once the request is submitted, and you will be able to check the status of your request under this tab.

Method 2

  1. Go to your Ratings & Reviews dashboard.

  2. Refer to the section on 'Share this link with your customers to request for reviews'. Click on 'Copy Link'.

  3. You can share the link with your customers by pasting it on WhatsApp/SMS/Email. They will be able to submit a review by clicking into the link provided.

How will I be notified when I received a review?

You may check for your reviews on your Ratings & Reviews dashboard.

Are all reviews approved/moderated prior to being published on my profile?

Yes, they will be subject to PropertyGuru’s moderation guidelines. Please refer to the guidelines outlined below:

How long is the moderation process before reviews are published on my profile? 

The process will typically take 3-5 working days.
