Terms and Conditions

  • Promotion is only valid from 1 Aug 2022 – 31 Aug 2022 23:59hrs .​

  • Loyalty discount is valid where applicable for all packages. ​

  • All final prices are subjected to the standard-rated GST of 7%. ​

  • Promotion is applicable only for Standard, Advance, Premier and Business agents with subscription end date between 1 Aug 2022 to 30 Sep 2022​.

  • Only agent who renew to the same package tier enjoys the top up to the new package entitlements:

  • Only agents who have renewed to a higher tier package, are eligible for the extra Ad Credits and shopping vouchers as follow​:

  • Promotion is applicable only one time per agent during the promotion period.

  • Agents who downgraded their package between 1 Aug 2022 – 31 Aug 2022, and then upgrade their package between 1 Aug 2022 – 31 Aug 2022 to their original package tier, are not eligible for this upgrade renewal promo. This clause is applicable to agents whose package downgrade transaction is 1 day apart from the upgrade transaction. Example: Original package tier is Advance, downgrade to Standard and then upgrade to Advance​.

  • Aug 2022 expiry agents who downgraded their package in July 2022, are entitled to the upgrade renewal promo only if they have upgraded to a package that is of a higher tier than their original package tier. Example: Original package tier is Advance, it is considered a renewal upgrade only when agent upgrade to Premier tier​.

  • For same tier renewal, the Ad Credits and Prime Credits issuance will be as follow:

    Eligible agents whose package activation date is between 1 Aug 2022 to 18 Sep 2022, will receive a SMS notification once the issuance is completed on 30 Sep 2022. Package activation date of 1 Oct 2022, only applies to agents whose sub end date is on 30 Sep 2022.

  • For renewal to higher tier package, the Ad Credits, Prime Credits and CapitaLand voucher issuance will be as follow:

    Eligible agents whose package activation date is between 1 Aug 2022 to 18 Sep 2022, will receive a SMS once the Ad Credits / Prime Credits issuance are completed on 30 Sep 2022. CapitaLand vouchers will be issued electronically as eCapitaVouchers via SMS by 31 Oct 2022. ​Package activation date of 1 Oct 2022, only applies to agents whose sub end date is on 30 Sep 2022.

  • All agent package entitlements are valid for 12 months, starting from account activation date. Any unused features will be forfeited upon account expiry.

  • Agent packages sold is strictly non-refundable, non-transferable to another agent/owner, and non-exchangeable for other products.
