To ensure we continue to add value to our agent partners, periodical reviews of our agent packages are necessary to ensure that they continue to serve your business needs in all market conditions.

The enhanced agent packages will take effect on 1 September 2022.

As part of our commitment to offer agent partners superior value and returns, as well as continue to evolve our platform to meet the ever-changing market sentiment and consumer demand, we regularly review our pricing structure.

As a result of our most recent review, we’ll be updating our agent packages effective 1 September 2022.

Factoring the market conditions into our periodical review to cater to your increasing business needs, while keeping the Standard package accessible for early-stage/part-time professionals (at just additional $18.55 per month), our agent packages will be enhanced with additional Ad Credits and new Prime Credits with price revision from 1 September 2022.

We also continue to offer and improve on our value-adds such as market data tools – PropertyGuru DataSense (Market Insights) and Partner360 offerings as part of your package entitlements.

Prices are inclusive of 8% GST.
