There are several ways to refer a client:

What is defined as a successful home loan referral?
A successful referral is defined as when the home loan applicant has accepted the bank’s Letter of Offer. For more details of PropertyGuru Finance’s Home Loan Referral Programme, visit here.
What are the prizes to be won?
$50 CapitaLand vouchers are available for redemption for the first 50 agents, on a first-come, first-served, while stocks last basis.
How many prizes can I stand to win?
The first 50 agents who quoted ‘REFER50’ is entitled to redeem $50 CapitaLand voucher, if you have successfully referred a home loan of $700k and above between 3 – 31 May 2023. Subsequent referrals by the same agent will not be entitled to CapitaLand voucher.
When will I be notified if I’m eligible for the reward?
Winners will be notified via WhatsApp with instructions to redeem their prize on 16 June 2023.
How do I redeem the voucher after receiving the WhatsApp notification?
The announcement WhatsApp provides a unique voucher acceptance link with a stated expiry date. You may follow the steps below to redeem your CapitaLand voucher and enjoy another 12 months’ validity from the date of acceptance.
Can I exchange the prize for something else?
Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash or other prizes. This giveaway cannot be enjoyed in conjunction with any other ongoing offers / promotions / giveaways.
