Examples of renewing within the 11th month (Early Bird Renewal) of your current package:
If your current package end date falls within May 2023, you should renew your account online on AgentNet between 1 Apr 2023 - 20 Apr 2023 to be eligible.
If your current package end date falls within Jun 2023, you should renew your account online on AgentNet between 1 May - 20 May 2023 to be eligible.
If your current package end date falls within Jul 2023, you should renew your account online on AgentNet between 01 Jun - 20 Jun 2023 to be eligible.

The following scenario is based on an Agent who is currently on an Advance Package.
#1: Login to AgentNet. You can click on Renew Online either from the left panel of your AgentNet Dashboard or in the dropdown of your Profile on the top navigation bar.
#2: Select a package for renewal. We have carefully analysed your usage and provided a personalised recommendation on the package that is best suited for you.
Tip: You can click on Recommended For You for further insights on why this package best suits your needs, as well as further details on package comparisons.
#3: Select the start date of your package. The default start date is set as one day after the expiry of your current package. You will be able to customise the start date of your renewal package as well as the start date of your free Ad Credits by clicking on each individual pencil icon.
Note: The latest start date you will be able to select for your renewal package is the last day of your current package's expiry month. E.g. If your current package ends on 16 Oct 2023, the latest start date you would be able to select for your renewal package would be 31 Oct 2023.
Tips for deciding the start date of your renewal package:
Use up the bundled Ad Credits that comes with your current package entitlements before your renewal package start date. Any unused bundled Ad Credits will expire upon activation of your renewal package.
Avoid selecting a start date for your renewal package that is after your current package end date, as you will not have access to AgentNet in the interim period. This also means that you will not be able to use your free Ad Credits during this interim period.
Review the selection of your start date carefully as you will be unable to make any changes once payment and order has been completed.
#4. Upon reviewing of your renewal package details, you can now proceed to make payment by clicking on Checkout.
#5. Select your preferred mode of payment and enter your details accordingly. Your card details are encrypted and sent over a secured connection. You can be assured that no personal card data is stored by PropertyGuru.
You have now completed your account renewal! You will receive an e-mail to notify you once your payment is successful. You will also receive an SMS once your order has been confirmed.
You will be notified by an additional SMS once your renewal package has been activated on your selected start date.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I renew my package on the AgentNet Mobile App?
No. Online renewals on the Self-serve Channel is available only on AgentNet Desktop and Mobile Web.
Is there any package price difference should I choose to renew on either the Self-serve Channel or through a Salesperson?
No. All package prices remain the same. Your loyalty discount will also be applied accordingly at checkout.
Can I adjust the start date of my renewal package?
Yes. You can adjust the start date before payment is made. You will be unable to make any changes once payment and order has been completed.
What are the payment methods available?
For online renewals on the Self-serve Channel, you may select between credit card payments (one-time) or credit card instalments on either a 6-month or 12-month interest-free plan. Kindly be advised to check your payment method before making payment as you will be unable to make any changes once payment and order has been completed.
What happens if my account has already expired? I no longer have access to AgentNet to do an online renewal.
