What learning contents are available?
There is a wide variety of on-demand learning plans that teach you market-relevant skills such as, Sales, Communication, Selling Skills and more.
As a start, Partner360 Learning Academy has also launched our first learning plan on “How to Price Your Seller's Property”, using our proprietary data solution, Market Insights powered by PropertyGuru DataSense. The objective is to equip agents with a suite of powerful data tools to effectively inform your sellers with actionable market data and insights so they can make the right pricing decisions at the right time for their property.

How do I sign up as a learner?
The process is easy. Please follow the instructions below:
Visit BigSpring’s login page or “BigSpring” mobile app.
Login via your email or phone (please use the same email and phone number as your AgentNet account)
Click ‘Get code’ to obtain a secured one-time password (via email or SMS - depends on your chosen login method)
Enter the code and click ‘Sign-in’ and you’re ready to go!
How will I be notified about this?

What do I receive after completing a learning plan?
All agent partners who complete “How to Price Your Seller's Property” will receive an e-certificate which you can use to promote your personal brand.

What must I do to complete a learning plan?
To complete a learning plan, you’ll need to go through the 4 sections below:
Section 1: Watch
Complete the videos at your own time and pace. You can pause, rewind and rewatch them anytime.
Section 2: Understand
Enhance your learning with flashcards designed to improve your recall of the videos.
Section 3: Practice
Put your knowledge to the test! Each video includes a quiz with 3 multiple-choice questions.
Section 4: Rep
Apply and demonstrate the skills you’ve learned. Rep includes a machine-learning coach that gives you feedback for improvement.
For e.g. You might be required to take a screenshot, shoot a short video or simply answer some questions that demonstrates your skills. The coach detects your submission and provides its feedback to you.

Would I be awarded CPD credits upon completing “How to Price Your Seller's Property”?
A minimum of six CPD credits are required for each CPD cycle, of which four credits must be from courses related to Professional Competencies and two credits must be from courses related to Generic Competencies.
For Generic Competencies, please seek your KEO’s approval to ensure that your course is in line with CEA’s requirements. Upon your KEO’s approval, you may submit a copy of your e-certificate to your real estate agent.

For Generic Competencies, your KEO can assess and determine the number of CPD credits. We encourage you to seek approval from your KEO beforehand.
What if I am unable to complete “How to Price Your Seller's Property”?
The learning plan is designed to equip agents with a suite of powerful data tools to effectively inform your sellers with actionable market data and insights so they can make the right pricing decisions at the right time for their property.
If you’re unable to complete, you’ll not be issued the e-certificate and also lose the opportunity to claim for CPD credits.
What is ProScore and how does it benefit me?
ProScore is a measurement of your Skills progression and Rep activity. It shows you how many Skills and Reps you have completed and the total Points you have attained. Measuring your proficiency is an essential part of learning and this can help you to adjust your plan of action to speed up your learning development.
