What is this Listing Rank feature I’m seeing on my listing management page?
This feature on your listing management page tells where your listing ranks against all other listings when a property seeker does a search for properties in each Condo Project or HDB Estate on PropertyGuru.com.sg.
Your Listing Rank will be based on the Condo Name and HDB Estate Search Results* respectively.
*Listing Rank works in a search that is by default “Sort by Recommended”
*Search should have no additional filters
What does Top 1 / Top 7 mean?
Featured Agents get to prioritise selected listings in the relevant search results. These Prioritised Listings will occupy up to the Top 7 spots on the search results.
Depending on the number of Featured Agents in that Condo Project or HDB Estate, you will see “Top 1” up to “Top 7” labels under Page Rank.
This means that if you are one of the 7 Featured Agents Prioritised Listings displayed for the Condo Project or HDB Estate, you will see a “Top 7” label under Page Rank. “Top 7” implies that your Prioritised Listing occupies one of the Top 7 spots.
Similarly, if you are one of the 5 Featured Agents Prioritised Listings displayed for the Condo Project or HDB Estate, you will see a “Top 5” label under Page Rank. “Top 5” implies that your Prioritised Listing occupies one of the Top 5 spots.
Why am I seeing the Page number for my listing, and not the Rank number?
Rank number will be shown to listings that appear between Page 1 to 3 of the search results. Any listings that appear after Page 3 will be shown “After Page 3”.
How often will my listing rank information be refreshed?
Your Listing Rank will be updated once an action (e.g., Turbo, Boost, Repost) is taken. A spinning loading icon will be displayed to you should the system need some time to retrieve this information.
Why am I seeing this feature for some and not all my listings?
Listing Rank has been rolled out to all Condos on 23 Sep 2021. You can look forward to Listing Rank being made available for HDB Estates from Mid Oct 2021!
Is this feature available on AgentNet mobile app?
This feature is currently only available on AgentNet Web. It will be available on Mobile App on a later date.
