What is Turbo?
Turbo is a new Premium Feature available for residential listings. It is accessible by all agents via AgentNet using Ad Credits.

What is the difference between Turbo, Featured Agent Prioritised Listings, Boost, Spotlight and Regular listings?
When is Turbo launched?
Turbo was launched on 02 Aug 2021 and rolled out in the following phases:
Can I use Turbo on my Boost / Spotlight listings?
Yes. You can upgrade your listing to Turbo. You will only need to top up the balance needed for Turbo on the same Boost / Spotlight listing. Turbo will then be activated for 7 days. Your Boost / Spotlight booking will cease immediately.
Agent A has already activated Boost for 50 Ad Credits on Day 1.
He wants to upgrade his listing to Turbo on Day 2.
AgentNet will reflect that he only has to top up the balance of 57 Ad Credits* to Turbo.
*100 Ad Credits - [ (6 days left / 7 days booking) x 50 Ad Credits] = 100 Ad Credits - 43 Ad Credits = 57 Ad Credits
What is counted as a day when pro-rating the Ad Credits required to top- up?
The calculation will be done based on the number of hours the Boost / Spotlight listing has left.
If Boost is activated on Monday at 3PM, and it is upgraded to Turbo on Tuesday at 2PM on the same listing, this means that Boost has been activated for 23 hours. This will be counted as a 1-day activation and has 6 days left. The agent will be required to top-up for Turbo for the remaining 6 days.
Why am I not able to use Turbo?
Depending on your property type and location, Turbo may be available to you later. Kindly refer to the roll out schedule above.
What is the minimum Listing Quality Score required for Turbo?
Turbo listing needs to have a Listing Quality Score of 95% and more.
How many Ad Credits are required for each Turbo booking?
The amount of Ad Credits needed to Turbo or repost a Turbo listing will be calculated by Optimus algorithm, which takes into account competition and listing supply by property type, location, project and more. This means the Ad Credits required changes with market conditions, to deliver maximum value for each listing.
To know how many Ad Credits is required to Turbo your listing, simply go to AgentNet > Listings. The Ad Credit quantity will be displayed next to your selected listing.
What are the launch promotions for Turbo?
There are two launch promotions for Turbo.
1. 20 Ad Credits Off Turbo Promotion
All agents can enjoy 20 Ad Credits off for each Turbo booking.
Campaign period: 02 Aug – 30 Sep 2021 23:59hrs
Mechanics: To know how many Ad Credits are required to Turbo your listing, simply go to AgentNet > Listings. The discounted Ad Credit quantity will be displayed along with your selected listing.
Eligible residential listings include Phase 1 to Phase 3.
2. First Free Turbo Promotion
All Solitaire, Titanium, Platinum, and Gold Tier agents as of Jul 2021 rewards status update can enjoy the first 7-day Turbo booking for free in both Phase 1 to Phase 3.
Listings in Phase 1
Campaign period: 02 Aug – 10 Aug, 23:59hrs
Mechanics: Activate Turbo on a listing within Phase 1 districts and estates. Ad Credits consumed on this first Turbo booking within Phase 1 will be credited back to you by 18 Aug 2021.
Eligible residential listings include only Phase 1:
Condo and Landed – D04, D14, D15, D22
HDB – Bukit Merah, Geylang, Jurong East, Jurong West, Marine Parade
Listings in Phase 2
Campaign period: 16 Aug – 22 Aug, 23:59hrs
Mechanics: Activate Turbo on a listing within Phase 2 districts and estates. Ad Credits consumed on this first Turbo booking within Phase 2 will be credited back to you by 30 Aug 2021. If you have already activated your free Turbo within Phase 1 from 02 Aug – 10 Aug, you are still eligible to activate a free Turbo for a listing within Phase 2.
Eligible residential listings include only Phase 2:
Condo and Landed – D18, D19, D20, D21, D23, D24, D25, D26, D28
HDB – Ang Mo Kio, Bishan, Bukit Batok, Bukit Panjang, Choa Chu Kang, Clementi, Hougang, Pasir Ris, Punggol, Sengkang, Serangoon, Tampines, Woodlands
Listings in Phase 3
Campaign period: 25 Aug – 31 Aug, 23:59hrs
Mechanics: Activate Turbo on a listing within Phase 3 districts and estates. Ad Credits consumed on this first Turbo booking within Phase 3 will be credited back to you by 08 Sep 2021. If you have already activated your free Turbo within Phase 1 from 02 Aug – 10 Aug or activated a free Turbo within Phase 2 from 16 Aug – 22 Aug, you are still eligible to activate a free Turbo for a listing within Phase 3.
Eligible residential listings include only Phase 3:
Condo and Landed – D01, D02, D03, D05, D06, D07, D08, D09, D10, D11, D12, D13, D16, D17, D27
HDB – Bedok, Bukit Timah, Central Area, Kallang, Queenstown, Sembawang, Toa Payoh, Whampoa, Yishun
You will also receive an SMS notification to inform you when the Ad Credits have been successfully credited.
Agent A activates Turbo for a regular listing at 80 Ad Credits during the campaign period. Agent A will receive 80 Ad Credits credited back into his account.
Agent B activates Turbo for a Boost listing and is required to top up only 30 Ad Credits. Agent B will receive 30 Ad Credits credited back into his account.
Agent C activates Auto-Turbo for a regular listing at 80 Ad Credits on 02 Aug 2021. On 09 Aug 2021, Auto-Turbo is renewed for another 7-days. Agent C will only receive 80 Ad Credits credited back into his account for the first 7-day Turbo booking.

Each Turbo booking lasts for 7 days.
Can I activate Turbo for my listing via AgentNet app?
Yes, Turbo is available via AgentNet app.
Is Turbo available for Commercial Listings?
No, it is available for residential listings currently.
Is Turbo available for Corporate Accounts?
Yes, it is available for Corporate Accounts.
As each Turbo listing occupies more space on the search results page, would this reduce the number of listings displayed per page (desktop view)?
The number of listings displayed on each search results page remains the same.
