Let’s get started on using this self-serve platform.

1. Log in to AgentNet desktop or mobile web.

2. You can choose to purchase Ad Credits – either in Featured Quantity

(pre-defined amount) or Other Quantity (customised amount).

3. If you have added multiple items to Cart and wish to edit the items or Checkout, click on the Cart icon.

4. You can choose to make payment by Credit/Debit Card or Paypal (coming soon).

5. Once you have completed your purchase successfully, you will be brought to an Order Confirmation page. An Email confirmation will also be sent to you. When the

Ad Credits have been issued into your account, you should receive an SMS confirmation to your registered mobile number.

Before you complete a purchase

How do promo codes work?

You’ll receive a discount upon applying a valid promo code at checkout. The discount will be applied to your original order amount.

You can enjoy discounts in 2 forms, either Fixed Amount Discounts or Percentage Discounts. Do remember to read the promo codes’ T&Cs before applying them.

How would I know if there’s a promo code for me?

It’s easy! To find out if there’s a promo code for you:

  • Visit the self-serve channel on AgentNet web and look out for any promotion banner

  • If there is a promo code available for you, you will also see a prompt on your Cart page (below Promo Code field).

  • Watch out for notifications via AgentNet, Email, SMS or your Account Manager

I tried to apply a promo code, but it keeps showing me an error. What does it mean?

The error could happen due to several reasons:

  • The promo code has expired and is no longer valid for use

  • The promo code is not applicable for your account

  • You have not met the criteria to apply the promo code

What happens if I encounter an issue during checkout, who can I contact for help?

After you complete a purchase

How do I know if my purchase is successful?

Once your payment has gone through and order is confirmed, you should see an ‘Order Confirmation’ page. You should also receive an SMS and email confirmation, that you can regard as acknowledgement and completion of your order.

How long will it take before my purchased Ad Credits are reflected in my account?

Once your checkout is successful, the Ad Credits should be issued immediately into your account for use.

However, in the unlikely situation that there’s a technical delay, Ad Credits can take up to 30 minutes to be credited. If your purchased Ad Credits are still not issued within 30 minutes, you may reach out to our Customer Service at the following:

After I complete my purchase, how do I check if the Ad Credits have been issued to me?

You can check this out by going to Edit Account and clicking on Billing.

Also, upon successful checkout, you should receive an SMS to your registered mobile number confirming your purchase.

I didn’t receive my purchased Ad Credits, what should I do?

Purchased Ad Credits should be immediately issued into your account, but there could be technical delays of up to 30 minutes. If you still haven’t received your

Ad Credits by then, please contact us at +65 6238 5971 (Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm) or drop us an email at custcare@propertyguru.com.sg.

I’ve already completed my purchase, but realised I didn’t apply my promo code. Can I cancel my booking?

Unfortunately, no refunds or amendments are allowed after purchases are complete. We apologise for the inconvenience and would encourage everyone to apply the promo codes before checking out.

How would a successful purchase/transaction reflect on my credit/debit card statement?

You should see a transaction record for “PropertyGuru Pte Ltd”.

Where can I view my purchase history on AgentNet?

To access your purchase history, simply go to Edit Account and click on Billing. You will also be able to download the official invoice within 24 hours after payment is completed successfully.
