Effective from 1 March 2021, the enhanced Listing Management page will come with improved monitoring tools so you can more smartly focus on listings that require your immediate attention. Whether you’re accessing via your desktop or mobile devices, we want to make your listing management experience as consistent and seamless as possible!
This is accessible via your desktop and mobile AgentNet web.

Increasing Your Quality of Leads with Embedded Mortgage Calculators
Now on all ‘Buy’ listing detail pages, there is an embedded mortgage calculator that allows property seekers to quickly punch in the numbers so they can see if your listing is within their budget.
If they’re not certain on the most current interest rates, they can simply click on “Apply Today’s Best Rate” and our system will whip up the numbers for them.
Through this, we are delivering higher quality and more suitable leads to you, so that you can rocket your way to closing a successful sale more quickly!

Study: Letting your prospects find you better, through improved search filters
You love high quality leads, and we want to give that to you.
Well, we just ran a study on a new and improved search filter function in our mobile application for property seekers – so seekers can filter and search for listings most relevant to their demands, therefore increasing their likelihood of converting into an actual sale for you!
From having popular filters, to giving them more autonomy on manually entering what they want and allowing multiple filter selections like number of bathrooms and floor levels... this study was a success!
The result? Up to 3.7% of higher conversion on leads!
This is great news, and we look forward to rolling out permanently to everyone.
Study: Enhanced Listing Performance to give you even more insights
If you’re familiar with managing your listings on AgentNet, you should already be familiar with your Listing Performance Insights bar at the bottom of every listing.
It has one job - to give you individualised and actionable insights on your listings.
Now, we're going to give it an even bigger job!
Currently only available to a randomly selected group of agents till 31 December 2020, if you were to click on the sparkline, you’ll see a pop-up that gives you even more insights on that listing’s performance.
We hope that this will be helpful to you and depending on the outcome of this experiment, this might just be something we will roll out to all listings. Stay tuned!

Running from 5 Nov to 31 Dec 2020, we’re running an experiment on this!
During this time, you might only see the Listing Rank for some of your listings. Their ranking could refresh every 5 minutes.
We sincerely hope that this experiment will work out something amazing for everyone! Depending on the outcome of this experiment, this might just be something we will roll out to all listings. Stay tuned!

Might not be 100% on us though... there are many factors like your Internet connection, phone model and so on. But our tech Gurus did what they could to reduce as much waiting time for you!
So now, you can enjoy a faster process when uploading your media files!
AgentNet App: ‘Land Area’ field for Cluster House and Terrace Houses is now optional
Calling all ‘Landed’ folks!
Previously when you listed ‘Cluster House’ or ‘Terraced Houses’, the Land Area field was mandatory. However, we know it’s difficult with landed properties – so now it’s optional!
Tip: Having a rough estimate at the back of your mind is good though. So when a lead calls, there’s at least a ballpark figure for him/her.
AgentNet App: Now able to upload photos when lease term is “Unspecified”
Okay, we understand this was a frustrating experience for you.
Previously if you selected ‘Unspecified’ for your listing’s lease term, you might have not been able to upload photos and received a message saying, ‘Unexpected Error’.
It was unexpected for us too!
But great news is we got that fixed and now all’s well. You can go on to Unspecify all your listings’ lease terms, and still be able to upload photos!
