If you are interested to become a Featured Agent, you may indicate your interest to your Account Manager. If there are available slots, you will be assigned a slot immediately.
However, if the slots are fully taken up, you will be placed within a queue, until a slot becomes available. The queue system is applicable for all types of properties, excluding landed properties.
How does the queue system work?
Being in queue means you have registered your interest with your Account Manager, and if there is an available slot, your Account Manager will notify you. You must confirm your slot within 24 hours. A payment link will be sent to you upon confirmation.
However, if you did not confirm your slot within 24 hours, the slot will be passed on to the next agent in the queue. Depending on the demand, your queue waiting time may vary.
Can I renew my Featured Agent slot?
You will need to indicate your interest to your Account Manager. The option to extend has to be exercised at least 7 days before the subscription ends.
Do I have to pay in advance to be in the queue?
No payment is required to be in the queue. However, once you have confirmed an available slot, you must make payment within 5 working days before Featured Agent can be activated.
What is the minimum and maximum month I can be a Featured Agent?
The minimum booking period for Featured Agent is 3 months and maximum booking period is 12 months.
Is the queue system the same for Condo, Executive Condo, HDB Estate, Landed Property and Commercial Featured Agent?
Yes, the queue system for Featured Agent works the same for all types of properties, excluding landed properties. There are unlimited slots for Landed Property Featured Agent. For more details on how the queue system works, see above.
Where would property seekers and owners be taken to, upon clicking on my Featured Agent profile?
They will be directed to view their PropertyGuru Agent Profile on our ‘Agent Directory’. All active listings will be displayed.
Agent Profile is only available for Advance, Premier and Business packages. If you subscribe to a Standard package, only your contact details will be displayed.
