The booking of Spotlight is self served via AgentNet Web & Mobile App and consumes Ad Credits. The credit quantity will be displayed next to your selected listing.

For Residential Listings: The number of Ad Credits needed to Spotlight or repost a Spotlight listing is determined by Optimus, which considers consumer demand and listing supply, by property type, location, project and more

The number of credits required will change with the market's condition to deliver maximum value to you. 

For Commercial Listings: The amount of Ad Credits required to Spotlight or repost a Spotlight listing is fixed at a rate and differs from a Sale listing to a Rent listing.

What is the requirements to Spotlight a listing?

How much does it cost to Spotlight a listing?

Each Spotlight’s duration is 7 days and it is activated using Ad Credits, calculated by Optimus.

Is there a maximum number of Spotlighted listings on the search results page?

No. However please take note that Spotlight will only show up on the search results page and not via the directory.

Would Spotlight listings be shown on the Condo Project Details Pages?

No. Spotlight is only applicable to listings on search results pages.

I have a PropertyGuru Corporate Account. Can I Spotlight my listing? If yes, what would be shown in in replacement of a profile photo?

Yes, you can Spotlight your Corporate Account listings. Instead of the agent photo, the profile photo will be showing your company logo as per your Corporate Account photo.

How would the Ad Credits be deducted?

Ad Credits will be deducted right away once you’ve Spotlighted your listing. Ad Credits deducted are non-refundable.

Can I schedule a start date when I want to Spotlight a listing?

No, you are unable to schedule a start date for your Spotlight listing. Your listing will be Spotlighted right away, once you have activated this feature.

Does Spotlight have an auto-renewal function?

Yes, if you tick on 'Auto-Spotlight', it'll enable your Spotlight listing to be auto renewed  for multiple weeks until you cancel. 

Can I repost a Spotlight listing?

Yes, you can. It is recommended that you repost your Spotlight listing for better ranking. Please note that Spotlight does not extend your listing expiry date.

I have an active Auto-Repost for my Spotlight listing. Is this equivalent to “Auto-Spotlight”?

No, it is not equivalent to Auto-Spotlight. Repost and Spotlight are two different products with different functions and algorithm.

Auto-Spotlight allows you to auto-renew your Spotlight listing till you have turned it off while Auto-Repost allows you to schedule your repost activities according to your preferred day, time and duration.

Can I use Auto-Repost to repost my Spotlight listing?

Yes, Auto-Repost can be used to repost your Spotlight listing. It does not matter if you choose to Spotlight or set your Auto-Repost schedule for your listing first.

However, please note that Auto-Repost cannot be used to extend or renew your Spotlight listing.
