"I have published my listing, how can property seekers see my listing?" Once your listing is published, it will appear on PropertyGuru's homepage. 

To search for your listing, type in the condo/building name of your listing in the search box. If it's a landed property (regardless if it's residential or commercial), type in the district name.

Select condo / building / district from the drop down list (building / district directory).

In the search results page, the latest published listing with 100% Listing Quality Score will be displayed on top of the search result.

You may find your listing based on when it is published/ reposted. You may further filter them by listing type, property type, price etc. 

Note: Make sure your listing has achieved 100% Listing Quality Score before you publish your listing. 

Repost your listing to keep them fresh at the top, increasing the chances of interested property seekers viewing them. 

Tip: Boost your listing to gain a higher ranking, better branding with a wider coverage. Boosted listing will gain 3 times more listing exposure compared to non-Boosted listing.
