What is this Partner360 Rewards Programme about?

As a valued Agent Partner, we would like to reward and appreciate you for choosing PropertyGuru as your trusted partner to grow your business with.

Through the Rewards Programme, we have put together a suite of rewards and privileges especially for you — to thank you for your trust with PropertyGuru.

When will the Partner360 Rewards Programme be launched?

This programme will be launched in two phases, with Phase 1 on 14 Oct, 2020 and Phase 2 in 2021.

Phase 1 rollout consist of rewards programme for the Prestige tiers (Solitaire, Titanium and Platinum). Phase 2 will cover the Elite tiers (Gold, Silver and Elite).

What are the privileges I’ll have through this Rewards Programme?

All Agent Partners who have an active agent package subscription (Standard, Advance, Premier, Business) are automatically enrolled into the Partner360 Rewards Programme.

Elite Rewards (Gold, Silver, Elite status) grants you access to a suite of rewards and offerings especially for you. Details of the Elite Rewards will be coming to you in 2021, so keep a lookout for our updates.

As you progress your career with PropertyGuru, your status will also advance which will merit you exclusive treats from our Prestige Rewards (Solitaire, Titanium, Platinum status). This includes Birthday Treats, Milestone Recognition, Quarterly Exclusive Experience and more! Learn more

How do I qualify for each rewards tier?

For every $100 you invest in your business on PropertyGuru, you will earn 2.5 points. This includes your Agent Package subscription as well as investment on Ad Credit purchases and Premium Products in the last 12 months. However, points will not be awarded for complimentary Agent Package and products.

For example, between 1 Oct 2019 - 30 Sep 2020, you have:

  • Subscribed to Premier Package at $4,980
  • Purchased 3,000 Ad Credits at $1,350
  • Total points earned = (($4,980 + $1,350) / $100 ) x 2.5 pts = 159 pts

Each rewards tier has corresponding points, which determines the tier on which you will be qualified for, as you progress in your career with PropertyGuru. Your rewards tier will be updated quarterly.

What is the criteria used for the selection of Solitaire Agent Partners?

Solitaire partners have made significant investments on their business with PropertyGuru. To keep this group’s prestige and exclusivity at the highest, we carefully curate the membership of this exclusive tier. While we have a minimum qualifying criteria of 2,500 reward points, we also take other factors into consideration. Invitations are handled on an individual basis, and are subject to review.

I have been subscribing to PropertyGuru Agent Package for the last 5 years and invested a total of $15,000. Does it mean I have earned 375 points?

The reward points is calculated based on your spending in the last 12 months and not throughout your PropertyGuru subscription tenure. For example, you have invested $6,500 in the last 12 months, you would have earned 163 points.

I have received a notification on 14 Oct that I am in the Gold tier. How is my rewards tier determined?

We have considered your total investment on Agent Package subscription, Ad Credits and Premium Products purchases from 1 Oct 2019 to 30 Sep 2020, to calculate your rewards tier.

I have an active Agent Package subscription with PropertyGuru but did not receive any notification on my rewards tier.

If you have subscribed to our Agent Package after 1 Oct, 2020, you will only receive your rewards tier information in the next quarterly update on 15 Jan, 2020.

How can I find out how many points I had earned to date?

To view the reward points you’ve accumulated, please visit AgentNet (Web). You’ll see it in the message at the bottom right corner, upon logging in.

How to check my rewards tier status?

Your rewards tier status will be updated quarterly based on your last 12 month investment on Agent Package subscription, Ad Credits and other Premium Features. You will be receiving a message on AgentNet (Web) based on this schedule.

When can I progress to the next rewards tier?
For every $100 invested in your business on PropertyGuru, you will receive 2.5 reward points which will then help you progress to the next tier.

Once you have accumulated the minimum reward points needed for you to progress to the next tier, you will be upgraded to a higher rewards tier in the following quarter.


What happens if I have not accumulated enough points to progress to the next tier?

We wanted you to continuously enjoy the perks in your current tier as long as possible, so we will extend our qualification of tiers over 2 consecutive quarters to keep you on your current tier.


Will my Rewards tier go back to a clean slate when my account expires?

The rewards tier and points you had earned in the last 12 months will expire, upon your account expiry.

Will I be able to view my Rewards tier at my AgentNet Account?

For now, we will only be notifying you of your rewards tier status via a message on AgentNet (web). However, we are working on having the Rewards Tier visible at your AgentNet account soon, so keep a lookout for our updates.

I am a corporate account holder, am I eligible for this Rewards Programme?
