Can I redeem my Birthday Reward after my birthday month, if I have not utilised it yet?
Your Birthday Reward is only valid on your birthday month, hence you are unable to redeem it on any other months even if it is not utilised.
For example, if your birthday is on 14 Apr, you can enjoy the discount from 1 Apr - 30 Apr.
Can I buy more than one Premium Feature using my Birthday Reward?
Yes, you can buy more than one Premium Features as long as they are billed in one sales order. The Birthday Reward is applicable to only one sales order on your birthday month.
Kindly note that SocialCast is excluded from the Birthday Reward redemption.
Is there any minimum or maximum purchase requirement?
Except for Ad Credits that is capped at 10,000 credits, there is no minimum or maximum purchase requirement for the other Premium Features.
Am I still eligible to enjoy other promotions during my birthday month?
Yes, you are eligible to enjoy other promotions. However, the Birthday Rewards cannot be used with any other discounts.
How can I update my birthday?
You can call our Customer Service at +65 6238 5971 to update your birth date.
Will I be notified about my birthday discount?
Yes, you will be receiving an email informing you about your Birthday Rewards on the 1st day of your birthday month.
I had received my Birthday Reward email in the wrong month. Would I still be entitled to the reward, when I’ve updated my birth date?
You are still entitled to the Birthday Reward after correcting your birth date, as long as you have not utilised it in the calendar year.
For example, you’ve received the Birthday Reward email in Apr 2020, but your birthday is in July. You can use the birthday reward in July, if you haven’t used it in Apr 2020.
