In case you are facing any display or access problem, clearing browsing data may be the first step to rectify these issues. Cookies/ cache/ browsing data also might cause your computer to slow down or showing the old data.

Mozilla Firefox 

  • For fast (shortcut) delete, press following keys at once: “Ctrl”, “Shift” and “Delete”. A window pops up with the title “Clear Recent History”. Ensure all the boxes are ticked and click “Clear Now”
  • Alternatively click on the 4 lines button on the upper right corner of Firefox. Select “Library” and followed by “History”, and “Clear Recent History”. You will find the same window pops up as above. Ensure all the boxes are ticked and click “Clear Now”

Google Chrome 

  • For fast (shortcut) delete, press following keys at once: “Ctrl”, “Shift” and “Delete”. A window pops up with the title “Clear browsing data”. Ensure all the boxes are ticked and click “Clear data”.
  • You can choose the preferred time range from the dropdown menu.
  • Alternatively to click the three dotted symbol in upper right corner of Google Chrome. Click on ‘History’, next you select “Clear browsing data”. Similar to above window popup, click on “Clear data” to clear your cache.

Internet Explorer 11 

  • For fast (shortcut) delete, press following keys at once: “Ctrl”, “Shift” and “Delete”. A window pops up opened with the title “Clear browsing data”. Choose the relevant boxes and click “Clear”.

  • Alternatively click on the three dotted symbol in the upper right corner and click on “Settings” symbol  and select “Internet options”.
  • In the  "General" tab you will see "Browser history"  segment, click "Delete" a new window popups similar to image above. 
  • Select the relevant boxes and click “Delete”.
