When is the new subscription prices taking effect?

Are there any differences in the package entitlements, now that the subscription price has changed?

There are no changes to Advance, Premier and Business package entitlements. For Standard package, the new changes are:

  • Concurrent Listings: From 10 to 5
  • Ad Credits: From 550 to 500
  • CommercialGuru add-on option: Unavailable for purchase starting 1 Sep, 2019

Can I buy Corporate Account?

Corporate Account is only available for agency purchase, as the payment needs to be made by the agency and the account name must be under the agency. Therefore, it is not available to individual agents.

Are there changes to the rates for corporate accounts?

We are currently reviewing our pricing to ensure we’re in the best position to deliver superior value and returns for our agent partners, as well as continue to evolve our platform to meet ever-changing consumer demands.

If you would like to lock-in the current pricing, we would recommend you to make a purchase as soon as you can.  

Can I terminate my agent subscription and get a refund? 

We would recommend that you continue your subscription till it expires, as early termination and refund of subscription is not available.

On Account Renewal

Can I renew my account earlier, as I don’t want to pay for the new package price?

The earliest time you can renew your account is a month before your account expiry month. If you are unsure of your account expiry, you may find this information on AgentNet.

  • Example: If your account is expiring in Dec 2019, you can renew it between 1 Nov, 2019 to 31 Jan, 2020

My account expires in August 2019, can I opt to renew at the current package price?

You are able to secure the current package price, if you complete your renewal by 31 Aug, 2019, 23:59hrs. The new package prices take effect 1 Sep, 2019. 

My account expires in September 2019, where does this leave me with my account renewal? Can I still secure the current package price?

You are able to secure the current package price, if you complete your renewal by 31 Aug, 2019, 23:59hrs. The new package prices take effect 1 Sep, 2019. 

My account expires in October, can I secure my renewal at current package price?

The earliest time you can renew your account is a month before your account expiry month, i.e. Sep 2019 and the new package prices will have taken effect. 

To secure the renewal at the current package prices, you can opt to upgrade your package to the next tier by 31 Aug, 2019, 23:59hrs. 

Do I still get to enjoy discount at renewal if I renew after 1 Sep, 2019?

As our long time subscribers, you will continue to enjoy the loyalty discount accumulated over the years.

On Package Upgrade

Is the loyalty discount still applicable to an upgrade of package, after 1 Sep, 2019? 

Yes, there will be no changes to the loyalty discount scheme.

How would my Ad Credits be calculated if I upgrade my package?

Ad Credits will be issued in full amount per the upgraded package entitlement. The credits issued will expire with the upgraded package.

However, any unused Ad Credits in the current package will be forfeited if it is not utilised when the upgraded package is activated.

When would my upgraded package expire?

Your upgraded package will expire 12 months, starting from the date of activation.

Would first-time subscriber to PropertyGuru enjoys a discount?

Agents who have not subscribed for a PG account before will enjoy $700 off their Advance package, be it on the current package price ($1,880) or new package price ($2,380). Each agent can only enjoy this offer once.
