SocialCast is a feature on AgentNet (Web) that automatically turns your active listings into “Sponsored” ads on Facebook, and target engaged property seekers, easily within a few clicks.

This article will serve as a guide on how you can edit your SocialCast ad campaign(s) without re-creating a new listing.

Can I edit my listing details after the ad campaign has been submitted?

You will have the option to make edits on your ad campaign. 

However, editing your listing will pause your ad campaign immediately and Facebook can take up to one day to review and approve the changes. 

The end date of your ad campaign will remain the same, and the guaranteed ad impressions may not be delivered.

What happens if I deactivate my active listing?

Deactivating your active listing will pause your ad campaign. The end date of your paused ad campaign will not be extended. 

A paused ad campaign will resume when your listing is reactivated before the end date of the ad campaign. It will not be resumed if your listing is reactivated after the campaign end date. 

Guaranteed ad impressions may not be fulfilled for an ad campaign that has been paused.

How many times can I re-submit my ad campaign?

Your ad campaign can be submitted for review multiple times. Facebook will take up to 24 hours to review your appeal. If your ad campaign appeal gets rejected again, you can still re-submit your ad campaign for review. All these must take place within 14 days. 

If your ad campaign has not been approved by Facebook within the 14-day time frame, the ad campaign will be forfeited and no refund will be issued.

What happens if I fail to re-submit my ad campaign within the given period?
If you fail to re-submit your ad campaign after the purchase validity date of 14 days, it will be forfeited and no refund will be given.
