Your active listings will be available to 5.5 millions of property seekers that visit PropertyGuru Singapore. There are two simple ways to find out how well your listings are performing:
1. Statistics - up to last 30 Days
You can look at the viewership your listing has gathered in the last 30 days for all listings. Refer to Profile Views or Listings Views on your AgentNet dashboard.
Next, click “Listing Views” to view the overall, last 30 days, 7 days and messages for all active listings as shown in an example below.
Note: If you are under a Trial or Standard package, it does not come with the “Agent Profile page” feature, hence you will not be able to look at your profile views.
2. Listing Performance Insights
The Listing Performance Insights provides an i-depth performance statistic for each active listing. It is a feature that is reflected below each of your active listings.
Log in to AgentNet and click on "Listings".
You would be able to see a light grey bar below each of your active residential and commercial listings as seen below
What do these metrics means?
Impressions: The number of property seekers who have looked at your listing through their search on PropertyGuru
Views: How many property seekers clicked and read through your listing
Phone Reveals: The number of times property seekers click to view your contact number
Messages: The number of messages sent directly to you through a specific listing
Line Graph: A visual glimpse on your listing's impression performance over the past 30 days
By providing you with performance insights that are specific to each of your active listings, coupled with customised feedback that is actionable, you are empowered with the tools needed to make precise marketing decisions.
