Every PropertyGuru Agent Package comes with a specific number of Ad Credits. These credits are used to (1) create a new listing, (2) repost, (3) Boost or (4) Spotlight a listing.
Should your Ad Credits quantity run low, you have the option of topping up your Ad Credits at any time of your subscription, with a minimum purchase of 100 Ad Credits at $0.75/credit.
To check your Ad Credits balance, log in to AgentNet and view the section on "Credits" shown on your dashboard.
More information on credit expiry dates are also available upon clicking on the number of Ad Credits displayed.
Ad Credits that are issued with your Agent Package will be valid till your package expires; while those purchased on an a-la-cart basis will expire 12 months from the date of issuance.
How many Ad Credit does it take to post a listing?
Each listing requires a different amount of Ad Credits needed to post, Repost, Boost and Spotlight a listing. This amount is calculated by Optimus and it's based on the market conditions, consumer demand and listing supply.
Can the amount of Ad Credits to post / Repost / Boost / Spotlight a listing change?
Yes, the amount of Ad Credits for a listing may change from time to time, depending on market condition, consumer demand and listing supply. You will be shown the amount of Ad Credits before you post, Repost, Boost or Spotlight a listing, so you can chose when is best to take these actions.
How will I know when the number of Ad Credits to post, Repost, Boost or Spotlight my listing increases or decreases?
To know whether the number of Ad Credits required to post, Repost, Boost or Spotlight has increased or decreased, check the number of Ad Credits indicated in the "Summary" page of your listing, or next to your listing under "Listings".
Will I see the same number of Ad Credits required to post / Repost / Boost / Spotlight a listing, as my colleague?
Yes, all agents will see the same number of Ad Credits as long as they are posting / re-posting / Boosting ' Spotlighting a listing of the same listing type, in the same project / district / estate, at the same period.
